Evoke Clinic provides comprehensive assessment via secure telehealth across Australia. Below is an outline of services and fees.
Consultation Fees
Initial ADHD Assessment (45–60 minutes)
Fee: $850
Medicare rebate: $467.45 (with a valid referral)
The initial appointment is a comprehensive ADHD assessment and may include:

Detailed discussion of current concerns

Psychiatric, medical and developmental history

Review of prior reports and investigations

Risk assessment and formulation

Diagnostic clarification (where appropriate)

Discussion of treatment options and planning
Please note: you are advised to send a referral to admin@evoke.clinic before booking an appointment. Dr. Noon does not accept all general psychiatry patients.
Follow-Up Appointment (up to 30 minutes)
Fee: $425
Medicare rebate: $292 or $137, depending on the MBS item number. Please see the below Medicare section for more information.
Follow-up appointments focus on:

Monitoring symptoms and progress

Medication review and prescribing (if applicable)

Psychological and behavioural strategies

Review of school or workplace functioning

Ongoing care planning
Longer review appointments can be arranged where clinically required.
Other Professional Fees
(These services do not attract a Medicare rebate unless otherwise specified)
Late cancellation (within 5 days of appointment) or non-attendance:
Full scheduled appointment fee
Brief support letters to third parties (e.g., school, workplace):
$150 + GST
Reports (e.g., detailed clinical summaries):
$400 per 30 minutes of preparation time + GST
Case conferences, meetings with schools or other professionals:
Fees available on request (charged at standard professional rates + GST)
Complex medico-legal reports are not routinely undertaken.
Medicare Information
Medicare rebates are available with a valid GP or specialist referral.
Most psychiatric consultations attract a rebate equivalent to 85% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) fee when privately billed. The difference between the Medicare rebate and the clinic fee is referred to as the out-of-pocket (gap) fee.
Once an individual or family reaches the threshold under the Services Australia Extended Medicare Safety Net, Medicare may reimburse up to 80% of out-of-pocket costs for eligible services for the remainder of the calendar year.

Our appointments are billed using the following Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) item numbers:

Initial consultation: Item 92435 — Medicare rebate of $467.

First review: Item 92436 — applicable only where the initial consultation was conducted at Evoke Clinic and billed under Item 92435.

Subsequent reviews: Item 91829.
Please note: Where your initial consultation was conducted at another practice, subsequent appointments at Evoke Clinic will all be billed under Item 91829, in accordance with MBS requirements.
