Yes. Evoke Clinic provides psychiatric assessment and treatment for:
• Adults
• Adolescents
• Children
Presenting concerns may include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, and other psychiatric conditions.
All consultations are conducted via secure telehealth (video consultation).
Telehealth is suitable for most psychiatric assessments and follow-up appointments and allows patients across Western Australia to access specialist care without travel.
You will receive a secure link prior to your appointment.
Yes. We use encrypted, privacy-compliant videoconferencing platforms and secure clinical software systems that meet Australian privacy standards.
To protect your confidentiality, you will need to attend from a private, quiet location where you cannot be overheard.
The initial assessment is comprehensive and usually longer than follow-up appointments.
It may include:
• Detailed discussion of current concerns
• Personal, medical and psychiatric history
• Family and developmental history (particularly for children)
• Review of prior reports or assessments
• Discussion of diagnosis (if applicable)
• Treatment planning
For children, parents or caregivers are typically involved in part or all of the assessment.
Appointment length varies depending on the type of consultation:
• Initial assessments are longer to allow for thorough evaluation.
• Follow-up appointments are shorter and focus on treatment review, medication management and progress monitoring.
Specific durations and fees are provided at the time of booking.
Fees vary depending on appointment type and duration.
With a valid referral, Medicare rebates are available for eligible consultations. The rebate is processed after payment and returned directly to your nominated bank account.

Where clinically appropriate, medication may form part of your treatment plan.
If medication is prescribed:
• Risks and benefits will be discussed in detail
• Alternative options will be considered
• Monitoring and follow-up will be arranged

Yes. ADHD assessments are available for both children and adults.
Assessment may involve:
• Clinical interview
• Developmental history
• Collateral information (e.g., school reports or partner input)
• Standardised questionnaires
• Review of previous assessments
A diagnosis is only made following comprehensive evaluation.
Where parents share parental responsibility, both parents are generally involved in their child’s care unless there are legal orders stating otherwise.
Relevant court orders must be provided prior to the appointment.
